Tenantcloud is an app we use to communicate with all of our active tenants. Once you have been approved for occupancy, we will assist you in creating an online account. Become acquainted with the app so you can manage all of your rental needs! Rent Payments: We accept all rent payments through your tenant account on TenantCloud. This is relatively easy setup process and payments can be set up to be made through any bank account with NO PROCESSING FEES. If you need assistance setting your account up, please call our office at 316-749-8486
Maintenance: We require all maintenance/general inquiries to be submitted through TenantCloud. All maintenance requests will be answered and repaired during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). We ask that you please include photos/video when submitting your request. This will help us more quickly and efficiently address any repairs.
If you have an EMERGENCY, ALWAYS CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FIRST! All maintenance emergencies in any form of water or heating issues, smoke, natural disasters, fire, or anything that is causing IMMEDIATE damage to the premises.
